All balloons are delivered helium filled. We apologize that we currently only service areas that are within Queens, and parts of Long Island in NY. Please contact us if you are within the Queens area but can not complete online check out.
Delivery dates and times are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Online orders can be filled and delivered as soon as next day, however, please call us to check if we have delivery options available if you require delivery within 3-4 days of placing your order. Please input delivery date and preferred delivery time range.
Orders may not be cancelled, however, we will be glad to work with you to reschedule or make changes following the guidelines below.
1. HOW TO CHANGE YOUR ORDER
Please send your request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond with a change request confirmation. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please contact us by calling 718-810-3216.
2. DEADLINES FOR CHANGES
Requests for changes must be received by 12pm Eastern Time, two days prior to delivery date.
No changes will be accepted for requests received after the deadlines noted above except for reschedules.
Unfortunately we are not able to process refunds for balloons that are already filled. Balloons popped outside our store will not be replaced. Deflated mylar balloons can be exchanged or store credited if reported immediately (within 2 hours of delivery or pick-up).email@example.com
